My Story

Nearly three decades of learning what people actually need.

1998 – 2005

Learning to listen, long before it was my job

My career began in field research and client coordination in Lebanon, meeting bank managers, executives, and everyday clients, gathering what they needed, and following through. It taught me patience and how to really hear people, years before I called it coaching.

2012

A degree in Business Administration

I earned my BBA from the American University of Science and Technology in Beirut, a strategic foundation that still shapes how I structure goals and workshops today.

2015 – 2018

Leading a team under pressure

As Restaurant Manager at El Deleb Restaurant, I ran daily operations, coached staff performance, and managed a team through the demands of hospitality. It gave me hands-on lessons in leadership and accountability.

2017

Becoming a Certified Life Coach

I trained as an Associate Certified Life Coach at the Coach Master Academy in Singapore, then began coaching clients in Lebanon that same year, alongside five years as a Motivational Speaker and Spinning Instructor at Start Living Right Gym. It was the start of a practice I've carried with me ever since.

2020

On the global stage

I assisted sessions at the WBECS Summit on stress mastery, trust-building, and co-active leadership, and took part in live coaching demos alongside coaches from around the world.

2022 – Today

Bringing it to Boston

In 2022, I brought the coaching practice I'd built since 2017 to Boston, and it's grown ever since. I've now delivered more than 150 individual coaching sessions, facilitated workshops on stress management and emotional intelligence, and supported organizations on team dynamics. Today I coach clients one-on-one, lead wellness sessions at Exos Gym, and teach spin at the University Club of Boston, while completing my ACC credential with the ICF.

Why This Work Matters

You don't need to be broken to want to grow.

Life coaching today isn't a luxury or a trend. It's a response to something real: so many of us are functioning, capable, even successful, and still feel like we're circling the same goal, year after year, without quite landing on it. That gap between where you are and where you know you're capable of going is where I meet you.

My approach draws on positive psychology, the science of what helps people flourish, not just get by. It's forward-looking and built on your strengths, your values, and the life you're reaching for, session by session.

If something in you is ready, a goal you've circled for years, a version of yourself you can almost picture, I'd be honored to help you get there. Not someday. Now.

Coaching and therapy, hand in hand

I want to be honest with you, because you deserve that: life coaching is not therapy, and it was never meant to replace it. If you're carrying trauma, grief, or a mental health condition, a licensed therapist is where that healing belongs, and I'll always encourage you toward that support.

What I offer works best alongside that care, not instead of it. Many of my clients see a therapist and a coach at the same time, because healing your past and building your future are two different, equally important journeys.

True wellbeing isn't mind or body, it's both, working in harmony. Everything I do is built on that belief. Nadine Abboud Khalil
My Framework

The Awareness–Clarity–Choice Conversation

This is my proprietary transformative coaching framework, drawing on research from positive psychology and transformative learning theory. It's designed to deepen awareness, surface assumptions, and support new meaning-making, enabling clients to clarify what matters most, expand their choices, and commit to actions that are coherent, values-aligned, and sustainable over time.

Awareness

Deepening self-awareness and surfacing the assumptions quietly shaping your choices.

Clarity

Making new meaning of your experience so you can clarify what matters most, right now.

Choice

Expanding your options and committing to action that's coherent and sustainable over time.

Who I Work With

You don't have to be in crisis to want more out of your life. You just have to be ready.

Most of my clients aren't "broken." They're capable people who feel stuck, stretched too thin, or quietly out of sync with the life they're building. They're not looking for advice. They're looking for a partner who will walk the process with them.

Individuals Feeling Stuck

For anyone circling the same goal year after year, struggling with time management, overwhelm, or a sense that life has gotten away from them. You don't need a diagnosis to deserve support. You need a clear next step and someone in your corner.

Women Building a Life on Their Terms

For women navigating career shifts, caregiving, ambition, and self-worth all at once, often while putting everyone else first. Coaching here means space to figure out what you actually want, and the accountability to go get it.

Business Professionals & Teams

For entrepreneurs, executives, and teams who look successful from the outside but are managing burnout, communication breakdowns, or a leadership identity that no longer fits. Individual coaching or corporate workshops, built around what your team actually needs.
